It is Sjælsø’s policy to pay out part of the year's net profit to shareholders in the form of a dividend in consideration of the company's expectations of the future, cashflow, financial manage- ment targets and capital situation.
The amount of the dividend is deter- mined and paid out once a year in connection with the company’s annual general meeting. The international financial crisis and its consequences
to the real estate business and thereby Sjælsø, increases the need to focus
on consolidation. This is why the company currently does not pay dividends.
