In accordance with the EU’s 8th directive, the board of directors has set up an auditing committee at Sjælsø. Holger Dock (chairman of the auditing committee), John R. Frederiksen and Henrik Kristian Moltke have been appointed as members of the auditing committee.
All members were elected to serve as board members by the general meeting and Holger Dock and John R. Frederiksen are regarded as independent.
The auditing committee scrutinises and discusses, for instance, matters relating to accounting and control with the company’s general meeting elected auditors and management cf. Revisionskomitéens Kommisorium.
