The existing building is due to be demolished and replaced by a new one. 9,000 sqm of the new premises have already been let to Coop Forum,
but as yet there are up to 1,000 sqm of retail space still available. It is possible to adapt the space to reflect the tenant’s wishes and requirements. The provisional moving-in date is set for spring 2010.
