The retail park will be located right by the main approach to Åkersberga, with in the region of 22,000 vehicles passing by in any 24-hour period. This means the location will attract both planned and impulse visits. 10 000 sqm has already been let for grocery sales, but an additional total of 3 000 sqm of shop space is still available.
