Linköping 2008

Sjælsø, in association with Triofast, has build an additional 3,000 sqm of shop space at Tornby in the Linköping region - one of Sweden’s largest retail parks.

The property in question is situated beside IKEA’s collection warehouse and is highly visible from the E4 motorway. Out of 3 000 sqm that were completed in August 2008, 2 500 sqm have already been let to Swedol. They inaugurated their new shop in september this year.
