Sjælsø has entered into an agreement with HSB Bostad for the sale of 75% ofSjælsø’s major development project in the municipality of Solna, Stockholm.
Share price
The sale is completed at a price significantly above the acquisition price and book value. The sale will release cash in excess of DKK 100 million for Sjælsø.
