Option agreement

Sjælsø has in cooperation with Arkitema produced an unique proposal for residential buildings at Lilla Essingen in Stockholm. A land allocation competition was held by the City of Stockholm, and The Exploitation Committee (Exploateringsnämnden) decided to allocate the land to Sjælsø.

In December 2008, Sjælsø won an option agreement at Lilla Essingen in Stockholm.The land is designated for residential buildings and is located on the western part of the island. Sjælsø's ambition is to build detached houses partly in water, which is unique for residential buildings in Stockholm.
