Sjælsø has entered into an agreement with Bouwfonds European Residential Fund about a sale of a residential rental property with 27 apartments at Howitzvej, Frederiksberg for approx. DKK 100 million. The property is constructed in 2008 and centrally located at Frederiksberg close to the metro, Frederiksberg Centret and Frederiksberg Have.
