Sjælsø has entered into an agreement with Fastighets AB Balder about a sale of the residential property ”Stævnen” in Ørestad Syd, comprising 75 apartments.
”Stævnen” was completed in 2009 and the residential property has a very attractive location with an impressive view of Amager Fælled and with easy access to the metro, airport and motorway network.
