Sjælsø has signed an agreement with PKA and Topdanmark for the sale of the residential project “Udsigten” at Margretheholm in Copenhagen.
The project “Udsigten” is designed by the Danish architectural firm Vand- kunsten. “Udsigten”, which is Sjælsø’s largest project to date, is a 45,000 sqm project comprising 458 apartments and a commercial lease of about 125 sqm.
