Sjælsø has signed an agreement with the contractor and developer company Kruse Smith about the acquisition of Sjælsø’s Norwegian activities. The acquisition includes all Sjælsø’s activities in Norway, comprising the pipeline of future projects and the staff. The parties have agreed not to announce the sales price. The sales price is partly conditioned on the achievement of local planning for specific projects during 2012 and 2013.
