New Løvbjerg Supermarked
The new Løvbjerg Supermarket comprises 3,000 sqm and opened as of 13 June 2010. After the opening in Aabenraa the Løvbjerg chain comprises 15 supermarkets.
New bus station
As part of the project the bus station, which was taken into use by Sydtrafik in the summer of 2008, was sold as well. The bus station gives access to both city and regional bus connections.
